Organization overview
Yellow&Blue Investment Management (“Yellow&Blue”) is an independent venture capital firm
specializing in development stage clean energy investments. Yellow&Blue was founded in 2008 by
Nuon, a major energy company (part of the Vattenfall group of companies) and is based in Utrecht
in the Netherlands.

Yellow&Blue focuses on development stage companies in three main areas: renewable energy
with an emphasis on biomass, energy efficiency with an emphasis on transmission, distribution and
storage and clean fossil energy. We invest primarily in European companies that have working
prototypes and attractive business plans. Quality of management, market opportunity and
customer traction are among the most important investment considerations.

Yellow&Blue is currently invested in five companies: two in the area of energy efficiency and three
in the area of smart grid.

Globally leading solar energy conference organizer is looking for TU Delft students for support tasks.

Job description:

General support tasks: administrative support, market research, conference program development. Administrative support refers to general administrative work related to the organization and promotion of solar energy conferences. Market research is structuring information about developments in photovoltaic solar energy in certain markets, and energy storage developments: industrial players, market developments, research activities. Where eagerness is shown, the students will be asked to help in the development of the conference program, including invitation of speakers and support during the event.
