These topics will be presented and discussed over the presentation. Moreover, some project themes and topics will be announced that students could participate.

The EYE Spring Conference is organized by European Young Engineers. The theme of the conference is Engineering Connections. With the world population growing and gaining a better life expectancy, our need for energy, food and education will increase considerably over the next decades. Independently, no one can meet these challenges and thus we should cooperate to succeed. Connecting key industries is crucial if we want to continue to increase the current level of wealth of us and of others.

EU Sustainable Energy Week
Every year hundreds of organisations and individuals participate in EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) by hosting Energy Day events and activities that promote energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.
Through bottom-up efforts, organisers of EUSEW Energy Days, events and activities connect directly with citizens and energy stakeholders at the local, regional and national levels.
An Energy Day is defined as a not-for-profit event, activity, project, exhibition or display that promotes energy efficiency or renewable energy. It must take place between 18-22 June 2012 (weekends before and after are also acceptable).
You can join the EUSEW by registering your Energy Day on the EUSEW website. Simply create an online EUSEW account, then register the details of your Energy Day activity.
Please note that the date for registering events across Europe is 8 June.
