On the 17th of November, Martijn Berkhoff from Imtech Maritime gave a lunchlecture titled: Green Ships in a nutshell.

Imtech Marine is a leading company in the global maritime market, operating as a full-service provider and system integrator of tailor-made, innovative technology solutions covering the whole ship.

An ambitious strategy has been launched in order to support shipowners with its expertise to make the green ship reality. Imtech Marine has been involved in many green projects for several years, being well aware that they lead to a cleaner environment and represent significant energy and cost savings for the shipowner.

In the lecture, Martijn elaborated more on the work Imtech is carrying out to create green ships in the near future.
